Simon Arnold is the Managing Director of arnold.co.nz. He is a director of a number of start-up companies including Puku Ltd; a member of the Royal Society of New Zealand; and of the Institute of Directors.

He has recently stood down from being the Chair of the Board of Management for Workbridge and is a Past President of the Wellington Regional Chamber of Commerce.

His experience includes being strategy and policy advisor to the Prime Minister of New Zealand; Chief Executive of the NZ Manufacturers Federation (now merged with the NZ Employers Federation to form Business New Zealand); and over 20 years in the New Zealand public service including a period as Deputy Government Printer.

arnold.co.nz works closely with Kerasi Ltd. Managing Director, Melissa Yiannoutsos, also has extensive experience in the commercialisation of industrial technologies including having working at Industrial Research Ltd were she was until recently Commercialisation Manger.
